yeah yeah... I change templates quite often. Can't help it if I get bored easily. I like colours but on the other hand, i like it plain and simple too! Hopefully this one will be the one for a long(er) time. hehehe..
On the topic of change. Is change = Maturing?? A friend called this morning and commented that we all change! (Hi WS) Although at times I would rather think that we don't. If we do change, hopefully it's for the better..
Ck's still the same.. Isn't he, Mr.M in Aussie? Have I changed? More docile maybe? =P I definitely changed to be a better cook!

I think you can change for the worse too. "Maturing" has a positive spin on it... so I might not go so far as to say Change = Maturing.
But I agree with WS. We all do change. It's inevitable. It's impossible for me to imagine that I could (for example) be out of hi-skool for 10 years, and not have learnt any new skills.
You admitted yourself that you've learned new cooking skills.
So yeah... we all change. I've changed too. For one thing... I tend not to have so much to say anymore (although this post may appear to indicate otherwise....) :P
