yeah yeah... I change templates quite often. Can't help it if I get bored easily. I like colours but on the other hand, i like it plain and simple too! Hopefully this one will be the one for a long(er) time. hehehe..

On the topic of change. Is change = Maturing?? A friend called this morning and commented that we all change! (Hi WS) Although at times I would rather think that we don't. If we do change, hopefully it's for the better..

Ck's still the same.. Isn't he, Mr.M in Aussie? Have I changed? More docile maybe? =P I definitely changed to be a better cook!

wifely duties

As a wife who can cook and bake, it's one of my duties in the household to make food for us. Baking is a stress relieving process for me. So being in stress lately with the registration and preparations for Kindermusik, I've been baking ALOT! Chocolate chip cookies, Marmalade nut brownies, plain ol' Chocolate Brownies, 'Death by Chocolate' Chocolate cake, Apple Crumble, Baked Alaska.. With many more recipes to come! (Pavlova bites, orange & carrot cookies, cherry cookies, experiments with Marzipan!)

My latest craze... Rummed raisins.

Added them to ck's birthday Baked Alaska and it turned out YUMMY!. Creamy vanilla ice cream with bursts of bitter rum accompanied by the sweetness of the raisin. Was wondering where else I could use my rummed raisins so here they are in action!
